This Hood Hinge Spring has correct spring rate for heavier SS Hoods and steel hoods. It is 9 3/8" in length with 28 coils. Fits the following: 1964 thru 1967 Chevelle, 1971 & 1972 Chevelle, 1967 thru 1969 Camaro with 350 or 396, 1971 thru 1972 Monte Carlo, 1972 El Camino, 1963 & 1964 Chevy II, 1965, 1966 & 1970 Impala, Caprice, Biscayne, 1964 thru 1967 Tempest, 1969 thru 1972 GTO, Tempest, Grand Prix, Bonneville, Catalina, 1967 thru 1970 Firebird.
