This is a 1966 Biscayne that we are selling. It does not run but it has a good clear NC title. It has rusty floors and trunk. We are asking $3500. It currently has a straight six and is a three speed manual on the column. This car will need quite a few patch panels and a full floor pan and trunk pan. Has a good solid frame.
