This is an Original GM Steering Column Plate for 1964 1965 and 1966 Chevelle SS, Chevelle, Malibu, El Camino's with Manual Transmission. Mounts on the engine side of the firewall where the steering column comes through. Has the cutout for the clutch rod boot and retainer to attach. See Pictures
