This is an Original GM Steering Wheel and Horn Pad for 1973 and 1974 Caprice Classic. Horn Pad #9755016, Steering Wheel #9757003. Note: Horn Pad in Good Condition, Steering Wheel Needs Restoration, See Pictures. Steering wheel will also fit 1973 thru 1976 Chevrolets.
